Joys Craftworx Terms & Conditions.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy
Payment maybe made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability at the time an order is placed, and  these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance of products my the manufacturer, we may need to cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is prepared from Joys Craftworx Store in Portland Victoria. Joys Craftworx is not responsible for any damage during shipment to customer and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment will be contracted to AUSTRALIA POST where we pass on the NORMAL POSTAGE RATES applicable to the shipping address (unless specified by customer. We recommend all orders greater than $100.00 to use REGISTERED POST, for added buyer protection. Customer orders will be dispatched once the payment has been received. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days, and a further 1 to 3 business days to ship. International mail orders can take up to 10 business days from day of shipment, depending on customers shipping address.

The delivery time guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Joys Craftworx  control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.

Back Order items
Please feel free to order products indicated as "Back Ordered", but keep in mind that we will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames, nor can we set expectations of delivery time-frames, at time of order

Out of Stock items
Do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK". These orders will be automatically cancelled.

Minimum Order Quantity

The Minimum order size displayed on our website is One unit  (which in Fabric terms is One mtr). However, the minimum cut of Patchwork Fabric allowed is 30 cm ( 0.3) Mtr. If you whish to purchase several cuts of fabric from various selections that are under 1 Mtr in length, just add 1 unit per item, and make a note to us in the comments box during checkout,  and we will adjust the total price to equal the amount you have ordered. Your totals will show  when we process & update your order.

Multiples of Eg: 1.5, or 2.25 are acceptable, but 1 is the minimum the site will allow.

Payment

Joys Craftworx does not  currently allow for direct immediate payment processing through our online website store, as we would rather confirm order details before customer payment.

We offer 4 methods of Payment for all items purchased via the Online store.

1. Contact us by phone with credit card details. (Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard only).

2. Bank Cheque or money order (cheques made payable to Joys Craftworx)

3. PayPal Payment . We send you the customer a payment request by email. Click the PayPal  link which transfers you to the PayPal secure website.This will contain details of your order, and payment can be made with your desired credit card. (No Pay Pal account required with this popular method)

4. Direct deposit bank transfer. Payment can be made directly into Joys Craftworx account. Account details are available to customers once they place their order from this website.  All orders received through our website will be processed on normal business working day, Mon-Fri, Sat.

We then review the order, and send the customer an order update via email.

Customer reviews their order, and confirm their prefered payment method.

Once Payment is received, the order is dispatched, and customer notified.

All Products added to basket will total during checkout. However, shipping costs will need to be calculated once we receive the order and postal address based on Australia postal rates. We then notify the customer of the shipping cost, which will be added to make up the total.

All totals will include GST of 10%.

Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. This only applies to International customers.

Return Policy
Joys Craftworx does not generally refund or accept return of goods. Our products are always checked thoroughly when packaged, so any damage sustained during shipping  will be up to the customer to make their claim to the relevent postal agency. If an order is sent using Registered post, we will include the REGISTERED POST  RL number for customer reference. However we will look at any return claim where there are exceptional circumstances.
